I’m surprised I didn’t come across his work earlier, night work in the city, great stuff! Plus he’s a fellow Sac State alum, Go Hornets! Check out his work, plus he puts in the effort to document his setup of shots, really helpful info.

A home owner’s mortgage payment will not change becaue his house is worth less than it was when he first got the loan.

The mortgage payment will only change when the loan is reset, say for a 5/7 year ARM or in a refinance. Since interests rates are low both of those should not cause a higher mortgage payment.

A more realistic reason the housing market is having foreclosures is because people can’t afford to pay their loans. This is most likely due to unemployment, considering the nation has 8.5% rate, highest in many years.

This New York Times article only mentions unemployment once and that was in quoting someone else.

Beer chess (via classics:watblog)

Beer chess (via classics:watblog)

"In the mid-90’s, people would subscribe to just about any email newsletter because email was still a..."

“In the mid-90’s, people would subscribe to just about any email newsletter because email was still a novelty to them and they wanted to see something in their inboxes.”

- The Andrew Warner Story

"There are 10^11 stars in the galaxy.
The artist as solitary, tormented, possibly insane genius is among the most durable staples of the modern imagination.

It is also comforting. That’s not me, you can tell yourself. I may not be creative, but at least I’m not crazy.
